Kate Gomolson

Katherine “Kate” Gomolson is a founding Partner at KG Law Group. Kate is passionate about and dedicated to the mission of KG Law – JUSTICE!

Kate focuses her practice primarily on family law matters and is extremely dedicated to her clients, expertly helping them navigate through the complexities and emotionally difficult challenges of their family law matters. Kate has experience in all aspects of family law and has litigated family law matters of every type, addressing issues including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, custody, child support, alimony, as well as domestic violence.

Kate was born and raised in New Jersey, and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. Kate attended New York University and Drexel University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in 2006.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University in 2009, where she was a member of their award-winning mock trial team, student bar association, and was awarded a Fellowship with the St. Thomas Human Rights Institute. Kate has been recognized as a NAFLA Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under 40 and as one of Attorney and Practice Magazine’s Top 10 Family Law Attorneys. Kate has been in private practice since 2010 and served as a panelist and presenter for multiple continuing education seminars in the areas of family law. Kate previously worked as an associate in law firms in both Colorado in and New Jersey, and owned her own firm, prior to joining forces with Chris Koutsouris to found KG Law Group. 

Kate is a zealous advocate for all of her clients, no matter what type of legal issues or challenges they are facing.  Kate specializes in Family Law and focuses the majority of her practice on family law matters, however, she is also skilled in Municipal Court Practice, Real Estate Transactions, Personal Injury and Appeals. Kate is a member of the Mercer, Atlantic/Cape May County, Burlington, and Gloucester County Bar Associations.

Kate is an outdoor enthusiast, and when she is not fighting for justice, she enjoys spending time with her family and their three dogs.
